Terms of Service

1. The service and these terms

AgendaZap, provided by AC Informática, helps establishments manage services, teams, bookings and WhatsApp conversations. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an establishment, you must be authorized to represent it.

The establishment provides the booked services and sets prices, availability, service conditions and cancellation rules. AgendaZap provides the management tool and is not a party to the service agreement between the customer and the establishment.

2. Accounts and permissions

Provide accurate information, protect your password and keep staff access up to date. Administrators are responsible for granting and removing establishment permissions. Do not share credentials or access another establishment’s data without authorization.

Notify AC Informática if you suspect unauthorized access. Management accounts are intended for people who can legally enter contracts or are authorized to act for the establishment.

3. Permitted use

Use AgendaZap for lawful activities and service-related communications. Do not send spam, fraud, unlawful content or messages without required authorization. Do not bypass access controls, compromise the service or exploit third-party data.

The establishment must have a lawful basis for the data it enters and messages it sends, inform its customers and respect requests to stop messages. Avoid sensitive data that is not needed.

4. WhatsApp and Google Calendar

The AgendaZap team handles technical WhatsApp setup. Entering a number does not guarantee immediate activation: use depends on configuration and provider rules. Messages, templates and service windows follow WhatsApp/Meta and Twilio requirements.

Google Calendar is optional. An administrator authorizes the connection and selects professionals and the arrangement of calendars created by AgendaZap. The account’s main calendar is not used. In this version, AgendaZap sends events, changes and cancellations; changes in Google do not return to the app. Disconnecting stops future sends but keeps events already created in Google.

Integrations depend on third parties and may have limits, delays or outages. Check booking status and keep an alternative way to contact customers when needed.

5. Establishment data and content

You retain rights to the content you provide. You authorize AC Informática to store, process and transmit it as needed to operate AgendaZap and the integrations you enable.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for messages, images and other content you provide. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, publicly available on this site.

6. Commercial conditions and availability

Prices, charges, limits and commercial conditions, where applicable, will be provided when contracting or in a separate agreement. These terms do not create a charge or replace agreed commercial conditions.

We may perform maintenance and update features. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or instant message delivery. Report failures to support for investigation.

7. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when needed to contain abuse, protect data, comply with the law or address a breach of these terms. Where possible, we will explain the reason and how to resolve the issue.

To stop using the service, request a copy of data or request deletion, email contato@acinformatica.com.br. Requests are handled according to the requester’s permissions, agreed terms and legal retention duties. Also revoke integrations you no longer intend to use.

8. Responsibilities and governing law

The establishment must check times, professionals, messages and data it enters and meet its obligations to customers. AC Informática remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Brazilian law applies, including data protection and consumer protection rules where applicable. Disputes will be heard by the court with jurisdiction under the law, preserving consumer rights.

9. Updates and contact
